In case of non-performance of service by Fathom Legal, Advocates & Corporate Consultants, a refund of the entire professional fee element is applicable per the Satisfaction Guarantee Policy listed on the website.

Refund
At Fathom Legal, client satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. Our refund policy allows for refunds on unused retainer fees, the refund shall be initiated within 7 days of making the request. Refunds will be processed after deducting any fees for services already rendered, and any expenses incurred on behalf of the client. Please note that once substantive work on a case has commenced, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the stage of the legal process.
